By using www.cteelectericblackmon.com (“the Site”) or submitting a donation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Disrupt site operations or attempt unauthorized access

Any misuse of this site may result in termination of access.

2. Donations & Contributions

By submitting a donation, you affirm that:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • You are making the donation with your own funds
  • You are not being reimbursed by any person or organization
  • Your contribution complies with all state and federal campaign finance laws

All contributions are final and non-refundable unless a processing error occurs.

3. Payment Processing

Donations are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party provider. By donating, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

4. Recurring Donations (If Enabled)

If you opt into recurring monthly donations:

  • You authorize the campaign to automatically charge the designated amount
  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us at campaign@cteericblackmon.com

5. Prohibited Contributions

You may NOT donate if:

  • You are a foreign national
  • You are donating on behalf of a corporation or union
  • You are donating with someone else’s funds
  • You are under 18 years old

The Campaign reserves the right to reject or return contributions that violate campaign finance laws.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information. You may be legally required to provide your name, address, occupation, and employer for reporting purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is the property of the Committee to Elect Eric A. “Eazy” Blackmon or its designers (including Adam Mitchell) and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Campaign is not liable for:

  • Technical errors
  • Interrupted service
  • Security breaches beyond reasonable control
  • Third-party service failures (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Website Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify the Site
  • Suspend access
  • Update features
  • Change or remove content
    with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
